A 24 floors building with a design that combines curved and straight lines, giving it a modern and dynamic look. The main facade features a combination of materials, predominantly glass and concrete. The large glass surfaces focus on natural lighting and panoramic views. Continuous balconies with glass railings add to the building's modern aesthetic.
The curvature in its structure is an interesting architectural element that breaks with the monotony of the straight lines typical of towers. The design is not completely symmetrical; there are different volumes and heights in different parts of the building, which adds visual interest and a sense of movement. The 13th floor is a transitional area where all the amenities are located: SUM, indoor-outdoor pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, massage room, and changing rooms.
