This project emphasizes its research on the limits between the exterior and the interior of the units, generating places that house the contemporary habitat through a materiality that preserves the intimacy of each dwelling.
The terrace surface with respect to the semi-covered and covered area of the unit promotes a way of living analogous to that of a house, creating environments of collective recreation where its inhabitants can develop activities that in a conventional apartment may be limited.
