The apartment building is located on the corner of Godoy Cruz and Demaria streets in a part of Palermo Nuevo that is home to large and emblematic towers.
The glass facade is filtered by two elements: large trees in the foreground and substantial balconies, which, facing Godoy Cruz Street, not only provide privacy but also, with their concrete parapets and wooden ceilings, create a sound barrier. In short, exposed concrete, aluminum, glass, and a few carefully selected wooden panels are the building's compositional materials.
The fully glazed corner opens up to views of the neighboring parks, swimming pools, and tennis courts. The apartments, two per floor (87 and 67 square meters respectively), up to the eighth floor, culminate on the ninth floor with a 90-square-meter penthouse and a 50-square-meter terrace. A meeting room and solarium on the tenth floor redefine a level where the minimal dimensions required for the elevator machine room and water tanks relinquish their prominence to make way for other uses, emphasizing the building's crowning presence.
On the ground floor, a double-height entrance hall, which includes the caretaker's residence and garages, completes the building's functions.
