Being a free perimeter project, its facades open towards the orientation and views that most favor the units, creating for the facades that face east and west a more closed materiality that protects the units from over-exposure to the sun.
Typologies are developed between two and four environments that can accommodate different family groups, and a model of a professional use unit is even proposed.
