The strategic location of the project near Avenida Libertador, and the street with a perspective that opens up views of the building towards the Palermo woods, mean that the design process will focus on the development of the party wall.
Given that the adjacent building was a structure with a fixed height, it was possible to create a window system that exceeds its height. As for the floors, they parallel the slope of the municipal line, which creates the sensation of floating above the street at the front.
