Year: 2025 (under construction)
Residential building located in the Cañitas neighborhood. The units are distributed across 5 levels; all feature a balcony and a large shared garden and swimming pool. The ground floor is designed to be spatially and materially permeable and continuous.
The facade's second skin aims to create habitable spaces in the transitional areas between inside and outside. It does so without obstructing views, while providing privacy and protection, and expanding the connection between the interior, the intermediate space, and the exterior.
